On October 23rd, 2014 Skateboard Marketing Ltd. celebrated their 23nd Anniversary. The radio promotion
company held it in style at their annual CMJ Convention Showcase at The Studio in Webster Hall NYC.
Doors were at 5:00 PM for the one hour open bar and private party. 6 artists that showcased this year,
Torrential Downpour from New Jersey who won the ReverbNation/Skateboard Marketing unsigned artist
spotlight contest. Both companies decided to look for an artist to expose and showcase in front of industry.
Also on the line-up was eOne Recording artist Black Crown Initiate, Ikillya, Thy Will Be Done and Byzantine.
The bar for the private pre party was sponsored by Budweiser. Special thanks go out to Heath Miller from
Excess DB Entertainment, Alex and the entire Webster Hall staff and Lou Plaia From ReverbNation and all
at Budweiser.
